Spotlight on...Janie & Jack

Janie & Jack is an upscale baby & children's wear boutique whose finely-crafted designs have been seen on Baby-wood's finest stylesetters including Suri Cruise, Seraphina Affleck & Mason Disick. Technically, J&J are wonderful at paying attention to details and trimmings. Aesthetically, they do  exquisite occasion dressing and infuse an old-fashioned glamour to casual wear. They also assemble separates into go-to ensembles so you can see a final look.

The real gem here is their designs and tailoring for boys. While girls fancy-wear and precious casual wear is relatively common, if you are not into graphic sports and dinosaurs tees, fine boys wear can be difficult to find.  Until now.  J&J does dress-up nostalgia for boys well with herringbone vests, knickers and caps.  Also, we are loving their take on casual wear which relegates graphic tees to the back of the closet in lieu of polo shirts, classic cardis, and gingham print button-downs. The girls wear is so elegant and precious.  Again, they infuse clothes with an old-world glamour incorporating sweet bloomers, precious cardis and bows a-plenty. Details on dresses are exquisite with velveteen trimmings, hand-smocking, rosette details and so forth. For Spring they have developed a whole sailor look complete with dress and cap which is genius considering the Nautical look was all over the runways for Resort 2012.  You will want to ourchase each and every exquisite piece! Looks we are lovin' for girls:
